Tonight’s guest speaker is Randall Romano with his presentation on “Creating Meaningful Photographs”.
In the first part of the presentation Randall discusses photography’s popularity today with cameras being readily available on smart phones, yet great photographs are difficult to make and most of these snapshots are simply mediocre in nature.
In the second half of the presentation Randall looks at the roadblocks that need to be overcome in order to achieve really good photographs and defines really exceptional photography and how can it help us.
Randall has over 40 years experience in photography, having worked for 35 commercial and editorial clients, as well as, being obsessed with photography since he was a teenager. Currently he is passionate about documentary street photography, captured on Canadian streets.
