Outing: Aviation with Steve Bigg

Outing: Aviation with Steve Bigg

Date(s) - Saturday, September 22, 2018
10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Steve Bigg is photographer and owner of Locked On Photography. Some of you may recall that Steve spoke on Aviation Photography at our Club meeting on May 1st.  In this workshop, Steve will share his passion and knowledge of aviation photography and will provide an exceptional opportunity for members to learn about aviation photography and capture some interesting new photos.

The day starts at 10am on Saturday September 22 in a boardroom at HuddleSpace, where Steve will present the schedule for the day, explain camera settings, discuss shooting technique and review some sample aviation images.

At 11am, we will leave the boardroom and take a short trip to a location where we can capture images of aircraft operations – in flight and on the ground. Attendees will be able to purchase lunch nearby as they wish.

At 1:45pm, we will return to the boardroom at HuddleSpace for the remainder of the session. During this time, Steve will facilitate a discussion where we debrief the photo shoot and have an interactive session for questions and answers. Steve will then demonstrate how he post-processes his aviation images, and he will also post-process selected images from attendees.

Steve will conclude the session at about 3:45pm, since we need to vacate the boardroom at 4pm.

Meet at 10am at the boardroom at HuddleSpace on Saturday September 22.
