About the presentation
Join Ron for his presentation “SNAPSHOT TO LEGACY – WHAT I STRIVE FOR IN A PORTRAIT” as he reveals what goes into the portraits he creates and what’s the difference between a picture of what someone looks like and an image of who they are.

About the speaker
Anyone who knows Ron Clifford knows that while he is a skilled, award-winning photographer, he is first and foremost an encourager, a mentor and an educator. Call him an “Inspirologist“.

He has made a career out of encouraging the creative soul in others. In 2020, Ron launched his new learning platform, “Mentorship Plus” and has been growing his online community of learners.

In Ron’s own words, “I am drawn to the BEAUTY and CHARACTER in the people I meet and the places I travel to. I love to photograph people and I remain a very active portrait photographer with a quaint studio in historic Newmarket Ontario.

Along with my passion for portraits, I love to create portraits of nature, especially landscapes and wildlife. Recently, I have been very fortunate to be able to build my portfolio of images from the extreme regions of the planet – both the Arctic and the Antarctic.  I have the best job in the world.

Please Note: These are scheduled as online meetings and a Zoom link will be sent out in advance of each meeting.  Duration of the meetings will normally be an hour and a half, unless otherwise posted.
