Commencing with tonight’s (June 23rd) presentation, all our meetings through December will be delivered online by way of the Zoom video-conferencing tool. This is reflected in the website calendar.
In advance of each meeting, we will send out a link to all members through the Club message centre i.e. Mailchimp. Please ensure that you have subscribed to receive mail notifications from the Club (see Note 1 below).
Also, the website calendar indicates that on-site Club meetings will resume again at Edithvale in January. However, because of uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 long-term impact, we may have to continue into 2021 with the online Zoom format instead. If this happens, the calendar will be adjusted accordingly. Speakers in the winter-spring period have already been advised to prepare their presentations for either format.
If we do have to continue with the online format into January, then we will notify members 30-days ahead of a change from the online to the on-site meeting format.
